Breathing with aids, Rihanna‘s fanbase has been clamoring for a new song for years! And now the artist has registered two new songs on BMI, one of three copyright organizations for songwriters and music producers in the United States. Will it be the sign of the long-awaited comeback?
Titled “Mama Told Me” and “Rage” the songs were written by the singer alongside Christian Keyon Boggs Jr., Travis Darelle Walton, Francesca Simone Boszormenyi, Mekkel Carter and Malik Yusef El Shabazz Jones.
Among other works by composers who collaborated with Rihanna on the aforementioned tracks are “LOVE” by rapper Kendrick Lamar, “Electric Body” by rapper A$AP Rocky (the artist’s current boyfriend), “All Of The Lights” by rapper Kanye West, and “OMG” and “2HONEST” by rapper Vic Mensa. Will the billionaire’s new era be geared towards rap and hip-hop? Only time will tell!
