Arcadia Signature was completed in May 2023, and it’s one of Guri’s most exclusive projects. With only eight units, it offers the kind of privacy celebrities dream of, along with a fitness room, private event spaces, and views of the Han River and Mount Achasan. Momo’s unit, “Natural Terrace” residence, includes three bedrooms, a study, three bathrooms, and a private garden, located just 20 minutes from Seoul’s Gangnam area. That makes for a perfect blend of luxury and convenience.
Momo has purchased a luxury villa, Arcadia Signature for 4.3 Billion Won (3.1 Million USD) without taking out a mortgage and paid for the house in all cash.

She now joins a list of celebrity A-listers making the area home. For instance, actress Han So Hee purchased a penthouse there in August 2023 for 5.24 billion KRW, and Nana acquired a similar unit earlier this year for about 4.2 billion KRW. Archiul Village, known as “Artists’ Village,” has evolved into one of Korea’s most coveted residential zones, especially since its zoning changes in 2006. After that, it turned into a perfect place that mixes semi-rural charm with the accessibility of Seoul City, all in the same place.
