One song in particular, “Your Idol,” performed by the fictional group Saja Boys, has become a breakout hit. Songwriter EJAE spilled the tea with Forbes, revealing that the track was inspired by real-life K-pop icons EXO and artists from THEBLACKLABEL. He also unveiled that the lyrics explore the dark side of idol worship, which he drew from his own religious background. Just like that, she crafted a creepy yet catchy vibe that fans are loving.

“That’s what being an idol can feel like—the need to be adored and worshipped. I grew up Christian, so I immediately thought about how ‘idolizing’ something is considered a sin. That tension inspired the creepy twist behind the lyrics: ‘I’ll be your Idol.”

Even though Saja Boys and HUNTR/X are fictional bands from the film, their music is ranking with the best. “Your Idol” has even outpaced BTS and BLACKPINK on Spotify charts, which is no small feat. The movie features voices from Arden Cho, Liza Koshy, May Hong, and Ken Jeong. Basically, it tells the story of a globally famous girl group who secretly battle demons while living under the spotlight. With its bold concept, massive music, and successful streaming numbers, KPop Demon Hunters has become the animated film of the year.  her limits and could spark controversy among conservative viewers.
