However, BTS’ fans, better known as ARMY, have been consistently supporting the boy group’s previous releases. That’s why they were able to reach a new milestone on YouTube with the fan favorite track, “MIC Drop (Steve Aoki Remix).”
On May 23 at 5:07 p.m., “MIC DROP” surpassed 1.5 billion views on YouTube, making it the group’s fourth music video to do so after “Boy With Luv,” “Dynamite,” and “DNA.” The music video was originally released on November 24, 2017, which means it took over seven years, five months, and 28 days to reach this amazing milestone!
