BLACKPINK’s Rosé and Bruno Mars were the top two celebrities on the second night of the 2024 MAMA Awards for their sole presence in the venue. With their undeniable chemistry, the pair sparked major reactions among the audience, the idols, and the K-Netizens.
There were several reports that Rosé and Bruno would attend the 2024 MAMA Awards. Despite many being skeptical about this, the two idols showed up at the ceremony and filled the room with joy.
Rosé’s attendance was huge news since she became the first member of the group to attend the show since their 2017 incident when BLACKPINK was “blurred out” during the ceremony allegedly for disputes between YG Entertainment and M-Net. The audience clearly showed their excitement just seeing a picture of Bruno and Rosé on the screen.
On top of that, the whole audience celebrated the mash song, “APT” while some idols were recorded dancing along to the track and doing the iconic dance move from the music video. There’s no doubt this was a major night for Rosé and Bruno Mars as well.
