On December 10th, through Instagram, BTS‘ V and Jungkook shared a shirtless photo together before entering military service. The image was both surprising and revealing to fans, as it showed both idols’ new military haircuts as well as their completely bare torsos.
The image posted by V was nothing more than a capture of a video call that the two BTS members were having hours before the military enlistment, and it could be noted that it was an important conversation as Taehyung’s cell phone battery only had 5%, which indicates that he preferred to keep talking instead of charging his mobile device.
A revealing message accompanied the image uploaded to V Stories: “Hyung is going first. Go in safe tomorrow“, which affirmed that Taehyung would be enlisting before BTS’ Maknae, so fans have been keeping an eye on the networks to follow as closely as possible his entrance to the military base.
It is worth noting that V and RM will be enlisting together, as they both chose a special army program that allows both of them to fulfill their basic training together. On the other hand, Jungkook will join the military service the next day along with Jimin as ‘companion soldiers’.
