Cole Sprouse gained a lot of momentum since his debut on the small screen with series such as ‘Zack and Cody’ and, recently, ‘Riverdale.’ The actor made a series of shocking revelations after breaking up his three-year-old relationship with Lili Reinhart.
The couple announced their separation in August 2020 without giving further details of why they were breaking up. However, they keep working together in Riverdale and numerous other shows separately. The situation regarding their relationship rekindles because of Cole’s revelations.
The 31-year-old actor expressed to Vulture that, after breaking up with his Riverdale co-star, he has received death threats from Riverdale fans.
“I get a lot of stuff sent to my house or my loved ones’ houses. ‘Death threats, really nasty, honestly criminal stuff. And I do think it’s because at least four of us at this table have dated our co-workers.”
He referred to Camila Mendes and Charles Melton’s relationship that lasted one year during his declarations to Vulture.
“Is that just a consequence of an incredible love? Or is that what fanaticism looks like? Perhaps because those lines were blurred to our audience, it’s hard to break those things up when life moves on.”
Cole Sprouse’s declarations regarding his breaking up with Lili Reinhart left more than one in shock, because his fans didn’t think people could attack and cross the limits of the actor by completely forgetting he is also a human, and he can take decisions for himself even if the general public doesn’t like it.
