Marvel Studios is working on the Phase Five of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) after an underwhelming Phase Four due to the COVID-19 pandemic. One of the films that is currently in development is ‘Deadpool 3’ and a recent photo leak from the set of the movie might have accidentally revealed the shocking future of the MCU.
In 2022, Kevin Feige announced to the world that the MCU’s story will continue with ‘The Multiverse Saga’ after successfully concluding ‘The Infinity Saga.’ According to the leaked photos, it looks like the third installment in the ‘Deadpool’ trilogy will be extremely important to tie all the multiversal stories together.
On top of starring Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine, ‘Deadpool 3’ allegedly features the Time Variance Authority (TVA). As many people might know, this organization had previously appeared in the first season of Loki, one of the most acclaimed TV shows of Marvel Studios, and which is in charge of keeping the multiverse together.
Finally, the leaked photos might also include hints about the future of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. In one of them, a destroyed 20th Century Studios logo can be seen which, according to die-hard fans, means that ‘Deadpool 3’ could feature characters from the X-Men movies that were released under 20th Century Fox, opening the doors for the Mutans to finally arrive in the MCU.
