Harry is correct, he is the “spare”. Why shouldn’t he live life as a free man. Why should he have to bow down to out of date laws and rules. He will never be king; and he is now king and master over his own life. Don’t blame Meagan for Harry’s choices, he is a grown man who wants to live as a free man.
