The K-Pop industry is super restrictive with the creative freedom of the idols. Every song released is carefully crafted for maximum success, and few companies risk letting the members compose the music for their albums.
Twice’s Jihyo has been able to break this norm, and has participated as a songwriter on one of the songs on the group’s next album, ‘Formula of Love: O+T=<3’.
This new album will have 17 songs, and three of them will be very special, since the nine members will be divided into groups of three so that we can listen to them much more extensively.
