A shocking incident involving BTS member Jungkook has made headlines again, this time moving one step closer to court! A Korean woman in her 40s, who illegally entered the singer’s residence, has officially been taken to prosecutors. According to Seoul’s Yongsan Police Station, the woman, identified only as A, was sent to prosecution on October 14th, 2025, on charges of trespassing and violating the Stalking Punishment Act.

The arrest took place late at night on August 30th, when the obsessive fan was caught inside the parking area of Jungkook’s detached house in Yongsan District. Police officers arrived quickly after receiving a report and arrested her at the scene. During questioning, she admitted she had traveled to Korea specifically to see Jungkook following his recent military discharge.

Unfortunately, this was not the first attempt to intrude on the BTS singer’s home. In a separate case, a Chinese woman in her 30s tried to enter the property on June 11th, the very day the singer returned from military service. Prosecutors later decided to suspend indictment in her case, since her actions stopped at the attempted stage and she had left the country, posing little risk of reoffending.
