TXT and UNICEF join forces in new global mental health campaign

TXT is back at the frontline of humanitarian causes with a sweet approach to the mental health of not only the young ones but also of the general public who are in need. The idols have collaborated with UNICEF to support the mental well-being of children and adolescents worldwide.

On April 29, KST, UNICEF presented in a press conference at the Blue Hall of UNICEF Korea Committee in Seoul the new project along with TXT members. The campaign is part of a global agreement signed in New York last October between UNICEF Korea, UNICEF headquarters, and BigHit Music.

The upcoming campaign aims to create a supportive social environment where young people can express their emotions freely and ask for help when it comes to major challenges that threaten their mental health status.

TXT shared personal reflections during the event. Member Soobin explained that the group joined the campaign not only to give back to fans but also to embody the meaning behind their name, concluding that he is hopeful that the campaign would reassure young people that they are not alone in their struggles and encourage them to find strength and hope.
