Through a recent announcement, TWICE‘s agency announced their member Mina won’t participate in the upcoming ‘THIS IS FOR‘ concert in the U.S. due to health issues, generating concern among fans.
On February 24th, JYP Entertainment shared a new statement through their own social network, FANS, announcing the absence of one of the girl groups from the next show of their ‘THIS IS FOR’ World Tour in Philadelphia due to “poor health condition.”
The agency says that despite Mina’s intentions of being part of this show, putting great “effort to rest during the VIP Sound Check in hopes of joining the main show,” after deep consideration, “it was determined that she requires sufficient rest and recovery.”
“It was ultimately decided that she would not take part in today’s show.”
JYP Entertainment assures they took this decision with the idol’s health as their priority but also apologizes to all fans who were waiting to see the full group in the next concert. On social networks, fans share messages of love and support to the singer:
