Jungkook shares his workout routine and tips with his fans

Amid his musical comeback with BTS, Jungkook has been working hard to stay in shape for the concerts of his ‘ARIRANG‘ tour, and here is his strict 10-step nighttime workout routine.

On June 7th, the K-Pop idol shared a new vlog through the boy group’s YouTube channel, sharing with fans the details behind his training, revealing he usually works out between 10pm and 12am at night after having dinner. He warms up and starts his routine:

1. Pull-ups

2. Cable Lat Pulldowns

3. Dips

4. Machine Chest Press

5. Dumbbell Lateral Raises

6. Seated Cable Row

7. Seated Dumbbell Shoulder Press

8. Dumbbell Bicep Curls

9. Forearm Curls / Wrist Curls

10. Cable Tricep Pushdowns

Jungkook shared that he usually repeats this series two or three times with a 2-minute break between sets. He also said that he is more focused on maintaining proper posture rather than weight or repetitions; he avoids overexertion, and for him it’s better to work the entire body.
