BTS is already generating strong reactions to their comeback, such as the president of Mexico asking the prime minister of Korea for more dates of ‘ARIRANG World Tour‘ amid the high demand and ticket sales issues.
After the pre-sale and general sale for the three concerts of the boy group in the American country, many fans reacted massively, expressing their disagreement with Ticketmaster for not being clear about ticket prices, details, and resellers.
These irregularities reached the Mexican president, Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo, who, during her morning conference this Monday, January 26th, talked about the issue and shared that her solution was already in process.
“There are only 150 thousand tickets. I wrote a letter to the Prime Minister of Korea asking him (BTS) to come more times,” and although she hasn’t received an answer, she is positive about the implementation of more dates and public screens for more Armys to enjoy the show.
But this was not all; due to this event, the Federal Consumer Protection Agency received more than eight thousand complaints regarding the sale of BTS tickets, leading to an investigation of Ticketmaster and companies involved in ticket resales.
