Taemin will get a special exhibit ahead of Coachella
Taemin is set to receive a special exhibit at the Grammy Museum in Los Angeles, adding another successful moment to his long music career. On March 19, 2026, it was reported that the KPop icon will be honored with the TAEMIN: Performer. Artist. Icon. at the museum. The exhibit will run through May 25, 2026, and will celebrate Taemin’s work as a singer, songwriter, and dancer. This event makes him the first KPop solo act to be recognized with a dedicated display at the museum. This announcement comes as the SHINee member prepares for a major year in the United States, especially considering his appearance at Coachella 2026.
The display highlights memorable stage items
The exhibit will give fans an exclusive look at some of the items that have made Taemin’s solo career legendary. It is going to feature two popular outfits, namely, the red and black look from his Ephemeral Gaze World Tour and the white outfit he wore during his Veil concert and on The Kelly Clarkson Show in 2025. In addition, fans will get to see his custom in-ear monitors, a white stage microphone, and his official lightstick. The most emotional part of the exhibition will surely be a handwritten note to his fans, adding a heartfelt touch to the display.
Taemin continues to build on a strong career as a soloist
Taemin first debuted in 2008 as a member of SHINee when he was 14 years old. Following massive hits with his group, such as “Replay,” “Married to the Music,” and “View,” he began taking steps toward a solo career in 2014. He has released 4 studio albums: “Press It,” “Move,” “Taemin,” and “Never Gonna Dance Again.” His most recent work, “Eternal,” is an EP released in 2024. After his Ephemeral Gaze World Tour, Taemin opened 2026 with a sold-out concert in Las Vegas in January and later signed a contract with Galaxy Corporation.
