The latest broadcast of MBC’s “I Live Alone” brought a lot of gossip about SHINee’s Minho, who showcased a day on his journey as an idol and as a human. The fans were completely shocked after he revealed his body fat percentage.
At the start of the broadcast, Minho got his calories in a Korean-style buffet. Then, he visited a chic cafe and ordered ssanghwa-tang, a Korean medicinal tea, iced coffee, and a cake. The host, Jun Hyun, commented that the idol can eat whatever he wants because he works so much. Minho then shared the tea with the fans:
“So I actually got an InBody measurement earlier today, and I was really surprised with the results. Even though I’m not on a diet or anything, it showed that my body fat percentage was 4.5 kg (6.3 %).“
Immediately, the cast members of MBC’s “I Live Alone” stated that a 6.3% body fat percentage belongs to a professional bodybuilder on the day of the contest. SHINee’s Key even commented on the situation: “He’s always been like this. He’s just skin and no substance on the inside. He’s an empty shell of a person,” drawing laughter.
