SEVENTEEN’s Jeonghan and Joshua will make their unit debut

SEVENTEEN has become one of the most popular Kpop acts not only in South Korea but worldwide. The idols have created several subunits, including the newest one, V8, which already broke some major records in the K-Charts. So it’s not a surprise SEVENTEEN will be unveiling more subunits in the near future.

On July 6, Xportsnews, a popular South Korean media outlet, made a big revelation.  Jeonghan and Joshua will be debuting as a new unit in October. The rumor spread quickly among the K-Netizens, and PLEDIS Entertainment, SEVENTEEN’s music agency, cleared the air with ease:

“Jeonghan and Joshua are preparing with the goal of making a unit debut in October.”

The upcoming duo will be the next following JxW (Jeonghan X Wonwoo), HxW (Hoshi X Woozi), CxM (S.Coups X Mingyu), DxS (DK X Seungkwan), and V8 (Vernon and The8). There’s still no official name, but Jeonghan is already preparing as he was discharged from the military on June 25 after being the first member to enlist earlier in September 2024.
