Fans were left in shock after RIIZE’s upcoming concert in Duluth, Georgia, was abruptly canceled just weeks before its scheduled date. The show, which was set to take place on November 4th, 2025, at Gas South Arena as part of their RIIZING LOUD World Tour, was officially called off according to a notice sent by Ticketmaster on October 17th. The platform said that all buyers will automatically receive refunds within 14 to 21 days, without needing to take any action.
While Ticketmaster addressed the cancellation, both SM Entertainment and the tour’s promoter, hello82, have remained quiet. This silence has sparked confusion and frustration among fans, who have complained about the lack of communication from the organizers. The issue has escalated, especially considering that the North American leg of the RIIZING LOUD World Tour stars on October 30th, and many fans are now questioning whether other US stops (including Rosemont, New York City, Washington D.C., Seattle, San Francisco, and Los Angeles) will also be canceled.
Although no official reason has been given, online discussions suggest that low ticket sales may have played a role in the decision. When sales first opened in August, fans noticed that large sections of the 13,000-capacity venue remained unsold, and screenshots of the seating map soon began circulating online. Some users blamed Ticketmaster’s dynamic pricing system, while others argued that the group still needs to build their US fanbase and might have chosen the wrong venue to perform. For now, fans are left waiting for answers, hoping the rest of the tour can go as planned.
