Prince Harry talks about the importance of therapy for mental health

Amid Prince Harry‘s commitments in Australia alongside his wife, he opens up about hitting rock bottom before going to therapy for his mental health.

On April 16th, the royal couple visited the Australian youth mental health charity Batyr at Swinburne University of Technology, where they gave a talk to a group of young people about their struggles in social networks, which affected their minds.

Prince Harry shared his own experience with sincerity, revealing that “I waited until I was literally in the fetal position, much older, lying on the kitchen floor,” when he finally thought, “Okay, maybe this therapy thing—maybe I should try it.”

The Duke of Sussex even talked about what he has learned about himself through the years to his peace, revealing that he was “not a city person” due to his mental health and “could not stand living in a city—no way,” sharing with honesty what works for him.
