Prince Harry has become the talk of the town over the last few days for his surprise visit to the United Kingdom and now to Ukraine. The Duke of Sussex is following the late Princess Diana’s steps in protecting the most vulnerable rights.

On September 12, Prince Harry flew to Ukraine for a surprise visit to support the hundreds of thousands of people injured in the country’s conflict with Russia. The British media outlets expected Prince Harry to return to Los Angeles on Thursday night, but he took an overnight train to Kyiv with members of the Invictus Games Foundation.

The Duke of Sussex had a short but substantial meeting with charity chief, Olga Rudnieva, the founder of Superhumans Trauma Centre in Lviv. She told the Prince the biggest impact he could have would be coming to Kyiv.

The surprising visit comes after the Archewell Foundation donates to projects supporting children in war-torn regions. The foundation donated $432,911, helping tens of civilians injured in Gaza and Ukraine. What an emotive donation!
