On May 19th, it has been 6 years since the marriage that changed the way we see the current British monarchy: the union of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, which was held in St. George Chapel in Windsor Castle in 2018 in front of about 600 attendees and a million viewers as it was broadcast on television.
Many people around the world remember this day as the day that changed the complete way in which the British royal family is seen by the people, as before all the controversies that brought the marriage, such as accusations of racism and mistreatment, left its reputation of having great family values aside and getting many haters.
Despite Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s resigning the monarchy and their royal titles by moving to the United States, they continued bringing to light many secrets of the royal family, which made this date a before and after in British monarchy history, as many people think that if this wedding didn’t happen, everything would be different.

6 years. happily married. Successful and thriving.
They have been through alot
The tabloid's constant bullying of this couple for longer then 6 years esp by British media.
The constant divorce rumours.
The vile conspiracies about their pregnancies and their children.
The constant claims against them.
even when silent for months the media never let up.
The media has hounded this couple even before the wedding.
Trying to find negatives trying to frame this couple as bad evil and worse all for speaking their side against the media's own narratives about them.
racially charged overtones of the media coverage. The daily mails now infamous Harry's girl is (almost) straight outta Compton headline for example.
The hatefilled negative framed narratives have not stopped for 6 years.
Even volience imaginings of their deaths have been published in ink and spoken live on British media.
Yet still weathering all that.
they are happily married thriving and serving the causes close to their hearts.
I wish them many more year of happiness I just hope with less media bullying.
