At just 19 years old, NMIXX’s Kyujin is living in her healthiest version. Fans were amazed when she revealed her morning routine, which starts with something called YinYangTang, a mix of hot and cold water. She follows it with salt water, probiotics, and a full self-care moment before breakfast. Talk about discipline!
And while Kyujin is all about healthy moments during the morning, her bandmate Haewon is the opposite. She drinks iced coffee on an empty stomach to wake up, a total contrast between the two NMIXX girls. This difference made NSWER (NMIXX’s fandom) laugh, but they still praised Kyujin for taking care of her health so seriously.
On the work front, NMIXX has just released their first studio album, “Blue Valentine.” The project came out on October 13, 2025, and it was supported by the pre-release single “Spinning On It” and the title track “Blue Valentine.” Meanwhile, the group announced their 1st world tour, “Episode 1: Zero Frontier,” which will kick off on November 29th, 2025, in Incheon, South Korea.
