NMIXX recently met Princess Anne during a reception celebrating the partnership between South Korea and the United Kingdom. The event took place on July 14, 2026, at the Four Seasons Hotel Seoul and was hosted by the British Embassy. Princess Anne, the younger sister of King Charles, attended the reunion as part of her official visit to South Korea. Representatives from politics, culture, academia, and the defense industry also made an appearance. During the reception, the members of NMIXX greeted the royal in coordinated beige outfits. Meanwhile, Princess Anne was photographed in a blue and gold checked suit.

The meeting followed NMIXX’s appointment as ambassadors for the British Embassy’s campaign, Girls Can Dream, Girls Can Achieve, in June 2026. During that ceremony, member Lily encouraged young women by saying, “Girls do not need to have all the answers right now. I believe that, with faith, everything is possible,”.Meanwhile, Princess Anne’s visit marked her first trip to South Korea since attending the PyeongChang 2018 Winter Olympic Games. During the event, she talked about the country’s progress and said her visit helps her learn more.
British Ambassador Colin Crooks later shared pictures from the event on social media, noting that Princess Anne met both President Lee Jae Myung and NMIXX during the reunion. The royal and KPop crossover also recalls November 2023, when King Charles presented BLACKPINK with honorary Members of the Order of the British Empire during a ceremony at Buckingham Palace, which the quartet attended in typical regal fashion.
