NewJeans reaches another streaming milestone with “Right Now”

The group's Japanese release becomes the latest song to surpass 100 million streams on Spotify

NewJeans keeps adding achievements to their streaming records. According to Spotify data released on July 13, 2026, the girl group’s song “Right Now” has officially surpassed 100 million streams on the platform. The track originally appeared on the Japanese single album Supernatural, which was released on June 21, 2024. It becomes the sixteenth NewJeans song to reach the milestone, showing the girl group’s consistent discography.

With this latest achievement, every officially released song in NewJeans’ catalog has now crossed the 100 million streams mark on Spotify. The girlband’s discography includes two mini-albums (Attention and Get Up) and two single albums. Meanwhile, their hit “Right Now” appeared on both the Billboard Global 200 and the Billboard Global Excl. U.S. rankings after its release, showing its power despite being a B-side track.

Meanwhile, NewJeans has once again become the subject of comeback speculation after members Haerin and Hyein were reportedly seen together in the United States. However, neither the group members nor the agency has confirmed any new music plans. The future of the “Super Shy” singers remains uncertain, following the removal of former member Danielle and their two-year inactivity period due to previous legal feuds with HYBE’s ADOR.
