High Up Entertainment apologized to the fans and said a new schedule would be announced once the plans were confirmed. The timing also sparked attention, because teaser content had continued to be released until shortly before the announcement. This means the comeback was already deep into its promotional cycle when it was suddenly canceled.
Nearly a month later, fans are still waiting for an update. Meanwhile, content from the group and communication from the members have largely slowed. The uncertainty follows UNCHILD’s debut in April 2026 with their first EP, WE ARE UNCHILD. The group also attracted attention as High Up Entertainment’s first new girl group since STAYC, with member Haeun having gained popularity as a young dancer after appearing on Star King in 2013. “Ting Ting” had been expected to build on that early momentum, but the song’s new release date remains unannounced.
