A few hours ago, Netflix surprised us by sharing ‘Enola Holmes 3‘s’ first look and release date, exciting all fans with this teaser of the upcoming installment of this original franchise.
The new images show Millie Bobby Brown‘s character exploring a new location where she will face a challenging case, all while dealing with preparations for her possible wedding to Lord Tewkesbury, played by Louis Partridge.
“Adventure chases detective Enola Holmes to Malta, where personal and professional dreams collide on a case more tangled and treacherous than any she has faced before,” says the official synopsis.
In the first images, the return of other familiar faces in the franchise for the third film was confirmed, including Sherlock by Henry Cavill, Eudoria by Helena Bonham Carter, Watson by Himesh Patel, and Moriarty by Sharon Duncan-Brewster.
The adventure and mystery film is scheduled to premiere on July 1st of this year, only on Netflix.

Millie Bobby Brown talks about growing with this character
The actress recently told TUDUM about getting on this character again in a more defined way but with a feeling of looking for another challenge that will make viewers feel more related. “There’s this pressure of, ‘Ok, I’ve achieved this…but who am I now?'”
“I’ve grown up alongside her, so exploring those themes felt really personal. It’s about balancing independence with love, ambition with vulnerability, and figuring out what parts of yourself you want to hold onto versus what you’re ready to let change. That felt really honest to play.”
