On November 14, LE SSERAFIM’s music agency, SOURCE MUSIC, took a firm stance against malicious commenters. The agency released a short but substantial statement on Weverse titled: “Notice on Legal Proceedings Regarding Violations of Artist Rights.”
The statement emphasized that anonymous posts and comments are not exempt from legal responsibility and may result in criminal penalties. SOURCE MUSIC also confirmed that it has already submitted evidence and detailed the damages incurred.
