Netflix’s hit KPop Demon Hunters is now taking over real-life stages! On October 7th, 2025, the signing voices from HUNTR/X performed their viral song “Golden” live on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, marking their first full late-night performance. The crowd went wild as EJAE, Audrey Nuna, and Rei Ami brought their animated alter egos to life, all with their potent voices.

But this wasn’t their first rodeo on American television! On October 4th, 2025, EJAE, Audrey Nuna, and Rei Ami appeared on Saturday Night Live on October 4th, 2025, alongside Bad Bunny, who joined them for a hilarious sketch and a shorter version of the song.  In the sketch, Bad Bunny plays Thomas, a nerdy guy who’s obsessed with K-pop Demon Hunters. Then, the voices behind HUNTR/X burst onto the scene when Thomas starts thinking about “three gorgeous Korean girls” who could protect them from the demons.

The movie was released on June 20, 2025, and it follows a girl group who live a double life as K-pop stars and demon slayers. By late August, it became Netflix’s most-watched movie ever with 236 million views, surpassing Red Notice. The soundtrack also went platinum and reached No. 1 on the Billboard 200 for a second week. In addition, “Golden” itself has been breaking impressive records, holding the No. 1 spot on the Hot 100 for five straight weeks, the longest run ever by an animated act.

Meanwhile, this colossal success comes right before the Grammy Awards 2026 nominations. It has been reported that the KPop Demon Hunters cast has submitted “Golden” to different categories, including Song of the Year, Best Pop Duo/Group Performance, Best Song Written for Visual Media, and Best Music Video.
