In recent reports, it was revealed that the Korean actress Nana, and former member of After School, was accused of attempted murder for assaulting an intruder.

On November 15, the actress suffered an invasion from a burglar who broke into her residence in Guri, Gyeonggi Province. According to police, he threatened the artist and her mother with a weapon, demanding money; they had a physical struggle in which everyone was injured.

Fortunately the women manage to call the authorities, and the man was later arrested on charges of aggravated robbery and assault and is currently on trial.

However, he recently changed his initial confession, claiming he was not armed and had not caused injuries during the incident, and wants to take legal action against Nana, alleging attempted murder and aggravated assault.

The agency behind ‘Mask Girl’ star, SUBLIME, reports that despite initially considering showing leniency due to the suspect’s young age, due to the recent countersuit, they stated they now intend to pursue all possible civil and criminal measures against him.

“He is exploiting the fact that Nana is a public figure to file a separate lawsuit with no remorse, causing a second round of harm through an inhumane act”, said the agency in a statement.
