King Charles III recently shared a deeply personal and heartfelt moment at Buckingham Palace. Hosting a glamorous reception for the centenary of the Film and TV Charity, the King confessed he was “moved to tears” by Queen Camilla’s heartfelt documentary on domestic abuse. Titled, “Her Majesty The Queen: Behind Closed Doors,” the project seems to have struck a chord with the monarch as he watched a preview in Scotland.
In an exchange with TV producers Kerene Barefield and Naveed Chowdhary-Flatt from Love Monday Productions, Charles praised his wife’s efforts, saying, “I am really very proud.” He later added, commenting on the documentary, “It’s very moving, isn’t it?”
Recently, Queen Camilla has been recovering from a chest infection, but that’s not stopping King Charles. Proving the show must go on, he made a solo appearance at the “Gladiator 2” premiere, continuing his royal duties with personal milestones. After having a rather quiet start of his year due to his cancer diagnosis, His Majesty seems to be back in full swing.
