Prince Andrew is currently in the eye of the storm after Jeffrey Epstein’s scandal resurged from the ashes. King Charles III and the British Crown have already shown support to the victims and found a way to punish Prince Andrew for his crimes.

The Monarch of the United Kingdom has officially evicted Prince Andrew from the Royal Lodge and stripped him of his remaining royal titles. The titles were removed amid mounting backlash over his ties to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

The 65-year-old duke, now to be known simply as Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, will lose the titles Duke of York, Earl of Inverness, and Baron Killyleagh, along with his honorary military honors and royal patronages. Buckingham Palace also released a short statement explaining its ultimate decision regarding the rising controversy:

“This decision reflects Their Majesties’ commitment to accountability and to supporting survivors of abuse.”
