After their commented appearance at the 2025 MTV VMAs, KATSEYE‘s Yoonchae receives criticism on networks for her reaction to a question about gays that even turns into homophobic accusations among fans and netizens.
During their way through the red carpet of the event that was held on September 7th, the girls were asked about what their message to the gay people was, to which Manon answered for all of them, saying, “We love the gays”.
The rest of the girls of KATSEYE support this statement by yelling with enthusiasm, but netizens quickly noticed that Yoonchae didn’t say anything and just kept it simple with a surprised smile at the reaction of her members.
