After his show suspension and return to air, Jimmy Kimmel opens up about Donald Trump, expressing his hope that the United States doesn’t have another president like this again.
Amid their TV shows’ controversies, the host and his colleague Stephen Colbert interviewed each other on their own shows to share their perspective of their cancellation for political issues and discord with the president.
During his interview, Jimmy Kimmel told his host regarding his thoughts about Donald Trump: “That son of a b*tch. It’s really unbelievable. I never imagined that we’d ever have a president like this, and I hope we don’t have another president like this again”.
The comedian continued saying, “I never imagined there would be a situation in which the President of our country was celebrating hundreds of Americans losing their jobs”, concluding that, in his opinion, somebody who took pleasure in that is the opposite of what a leader is supposed to be.
