In recent reports, it was revealed that Jeon Somi will make her acting debut in the upcoming horror thriller ‘Perfect Girl‘, starring in a new and exciting story based on the K-Pop industry and with a script described as if “Scream meets Black Swan”.
A few hours ago, Deadline shared the news and even revealed that the artists Arden Cho (KPop Demon Hunters) and Adeline Rudolph (Mortal Kombat II) joined this production as the main cast, generating a great reaction among K-Pop fans.
“With only four spots available in the band and the final cut a week away, the competition is off the charts. When a talented and mysterious new girl is introduced at the last minute, things start to get strange — girls are being hunted and attacked one by one, but who is responsible for the carnage, and more importantly…who will make the final cut?” says the synopsis.
Scott Strauss at Badlands, the producer of this movie that will start its production on October 27th in Asia, said, “We are so excited Jeon Somi is making her film debut in Perfect Girl”, and continued praising the cast chemistry: “She is a one-of-a-kind talent whose chemistry with Arden and Adeline is off the charts”.
