South Korean music programs, just like Inkigayo, have become the perfect opportunity for idols to showcase what they are made of. Particularly, IVE not only showcased all of their talents, but they are having an iconic run with their latest single, “BANG BANG.”
On March 1st, a new episode of SBS’ Inkigayo was broadcast. As usual, the show had an iconic lineup of performers, including CHASER, NAVILLERA, LAVIN, MADEIN, X:IN, ONE PACT, NCT’s JNJM, and IVE, among other great acts that hyped up the audience.
IVE was nominated with “BANG BANG,” along with LE SSERAFIM’s “SPAGHETTI,” and KiiiKiii’s “404 (New Era)” for the crown. Ultimately, IVE emerged victorious with 8,345 points, followed by KiiiKiii in second place with 4,576 points and LE SSERAFIM in third with 3,315 points.
IVE’s fourth win has become a gag moment for the Kpop scene as the idols are solidifying their status in the industry with their new musical project. The members took the stage to express their gratitude:
