ILLIT is already making waves with their comeback, “NOT CUTE ANYMORE” in Korea. As part of the promotions, the girls have been performing the song on different South Korean music program circuits. Ultimately, all of their efforts paid off.
On December 5, a new episode of KBS 2TV’s Music Bank. The show was full of iconic comebacks and debuts by ILLIT, W!TCHX, AM8IC, cosmosy, XLOV, Seo EVE, VVUP, IDID, SEVENUS, Baby DONT Cry, RESCENE, NOWZ, Jo Kwan Woo, NMIXX, XODIAC, RIIZE, among other iconic acts.
At the end of the show, the hosts took over the stage to announce that the nominees for first place were RIIZE’s “Fame” and ILLIT’s “NOT CUTE ANYMORE.” ILLIT became the ultimate winner with a total of 7,593 points. In their acceptance speech, the girls expressed their heartfelt gratitude to all the fans:
“We really didn’t expect to win first place. We love you, GLLIT. Thank you to everyone who helped with our comeback. We’ll continue to work hard.”
