ILLIT is becoming the main act of the South Korean music program circuit with their latest release, “It’s Me.” Despite the girls having already concluded their promotions for the single, the audience cannot get enough of the song, and it became the favorite song of the week.
On June 7 KST, a new episode of Inkigayo was broadcast. As usual, the show featured a fresh lineup with an array of comebacks, including MAMAMOO, TREASURE, TripleS, MEOVV, and JISUN, among other amazing Kpop acts that brought pride to the land with their performances.
As usual, the show presented the first-place nominees at the end of the broadcast, having all the performers and nominees on stage to celebrate this special occasion. This time, the first-place nominees include I.O.I with “Suddenly”, YENA with “Catch Catch”, and ILLIT with “It’s Me.” Ultimately, ILLIT won the award, but they weren’t present at the ceremony as the promotions for their song had already concluded.
