GOT7’s Park Jinyoung has celebrated his 31st birthday with a humanitarian act by donating to the international children’s rights foundations. This heartfelt gesture has become a tradition among the idols of the Kpop scene.
On September 22, the NGO Save the Children announced that Park Jinyoung, a renowned member of Save the Children’s Honors Club, has donated $71,767 to support children’s meals. The idol shared his thoughts on the donation:
“I believe I can keep moving forward thanks to the love and support of many fans, and I have been thinking about how I can give back for the great love I have received. I am grateful to be able to help even in a small way in protecting children’s smiles. I will continue to do my best in acting and singing with sincerity.”
The idol has been consistently donating to humanitarian causes, just like the earthquake relief in Turkey and Syria in February 2023, where he donated $21,527. Happy Birthday, Park Jinyoung!
