Gerard Piqué forgets his youngest son in a store and is criticized in networks

Once more, Gerard Piqué’s name is in the news, but not for the Kings League victory he had this past weekend, but rather for the way he is raising his children now that he is no longer married to Shakira.

The way the former soccer player pays attention to his kids, particularly when he picks them up from the house he once shared with them, has drawn criticism on more than one occasion. No matter how large their backpacks are, he generally only waits for them to get in the car and does not assist them in carrying anything else.

Due to Pique’s actions making him appear to be the “worst father” or at the very least the “most distracted,” a video that went viral on social media this week has attracted the attention of internet users.

The pictures show the former Barcelona player leaving a high-end store in Barcelona and rushing to get to his car with his son Milan before discovering that his youngest son, Sasha, is not with him because he “forgot” him in the store.

Sasha arrives running to the car just as Gerard Piqué is about to get in, and that is when he discovers his son had stayed in the store.

As to be expected, Internet users erupted against the former member of the Spanish national team, claiming that Shakira never neglects her charges, as was the case during her most recent trip to New York when the kids attended her performance with Bizarrap for the Jimmy Fallon show.
