Seunghan’s departure from RIIZE hasn’t gone down quietly. After leaving the group due to controversy over pre-debut photos, his international fans—especially from Mexico and Latin America—have made their voices heard. Support trucks lined up outside SM Entertainment’s building, filled with messages demanding Seunghan’s return to the group.

Seunghan had been set to rejoin RIIZE after a 10-month hiatus, which came following controversial photos of him smoking and kissing his ex-girlfriend. However, days after the announcement, he parted ways with the group because of the intense backlash from South Korean fans, who did not think he was a good fit for RIIZE.

Still, international fans decided to show their support with messages like “Mexico supports seven RIIZE or nothing” and “Seunghan, it was never your fault,” reflecting their dedication and frustration over the decision to have the 21-year-old idol leave the boy group.

Meanwhile, SM Entertainment (RIIZE’s company) confirmed that Seunghan’s was a mutual decision with the idol. The group will remain with 6 members and there has not been any confirmation regarding his rejoin.
