The future of EVERGLOW just got a big update. According to a report shared on August 1, 2025, the girl group will reportedly continue activities as a four-member group with E:U, Sihyeon, Aisha, and Onda in the lineup. The news sparked a wave of questions from fans about the whereabouts of members Yiren and Mia.  For those who might not know, EVERGLOW announced they were departing from their company, Yuehua Entertainment, on May 13, 2025. Since then, it has been said that the girl group is looking for a new agency.

Luckily, Yiren gave her version of events through her Instagram chat. In messages shared with fans, she explained that she’s still under contract with Yuehua but won’t be able to work as part of EVERGLOW for now. She also shared that Mia won’t be participating either due to personal reasons. Despite the changes, Yiren assured fans she and Mia have been talking about how and when to share the news, making sure fans wouldn’t be left in the dark.

Yiren ended her messages on a hopeful note, telling fans she believes they will all “work hard” and asking for continued support for all six members in the future. While EVERGLOW will promote as four for now, it’s clear Yiren’s words hint that this might not be the end of the story, and fans are hoping they might come back as a six-piece group at some point.
