During a recent press reunion, EVAN congratulates ENHYPEN on historic Billboard 200 No. 1, demonstrating his support and pride for his former member while he continues with his solo career.
On September 7th KST, the K-Pop idol held his press showcase where he introduced his first mini album, ‘DEATH OF ME,’ as a soloist, where he was asked about why he had to leave the boy group to go solo and if he has any regrets about this decision.
EVAN made clear his position about questions regarding his decision to leave the ENHYPEN once again: “The process of becoming a soloist involves a lot of people, so I hope you can understand if I’m a bit hesitant to answer that part.”
He also responds to the second question, expressing his pride for his former group’s success, recognizing their talent and effort. He finally stated that now that all decisions are made, all they can do now is to give their all to their own projects.
“I’m really proud that ENHYPEN was able to reach No. 1 on the Billboard 200. It must not have been something easy to achieve. I think the best thing we can do now is to give our all in our respective positions.”
The idol demonstrates once again that he wants to keep private the reason behind this decision and the people involved while he moves on, making music for his fans and enjoying his solo career away from controversies.
