CORTIS has officially become a breakthrough group, with two of their tracks climbing on Spotify. The songs in question are “FaSHioN,” from their debut album “COLOR OUTSIDE THE LINES,” which has passed 50 million streams, and “GO!” which hit the milestone in late October and has moved past 60 million within only two weeks, showing impressive staying power for a rookie group.
CORTIS has been straightforward with their sound, taking inspiration from hip-hop and rage for both “FaSHioN” and “GO!”, recalling the styles of artists like Travis Scott and Playboi Carti. The members themselves contributed heavily to the tracks, with Martin, Juhoon, Seonghyun, and Keonho taking part in writing and composition. All members also helped create the choreography, highlighting CORTIS’ identity as a creator crew.
The group’s rising momentum is also clear in domestic sales. According to the Circle Chart’s October count, “COLOR OUTSIDE THE LINES” has reached around 960 thousand copies sold. CORTIS is now only a short distance away from becoming a million seller, a rare achievement for a 2025 debut group.
