CORTIS reaches a new global milestone
CORTIS entered Spotify’s Daily Top Songs Global chart for the first time with their newly released track, “REDRED.” The song was released on April 20, 2026, as the first single from the boy group’s second mini-album, titled “GREENGREEN.” On April 22, 2026, the energetic pop song debuted at #184, the highest among all new entries that day.

“REDRED” gains attention in several countries
The achievement marks CORTIS’s first appearance on the global ranking since the group debuted in August 2025. In addition, Spotify’s Daily Top Songs Global chart is frequently used to measure what songs are gaining traction in the international music market. “REDTED” also made an appearance on 14 regional Daily Top Songs charts on April 22, 2026. The song reached #6 in Vietnam, #7 in Thailand, #13 in South Korea, and #21 in Hong Kong.

Viral choreography helps the song gain popularity
Adding to the hype, the song’s choreography has boosted its online popularity online. A hand-waving move called the “flappy ears dance” has gained variety on short-form video platforms, especially TikTok. The group’s performance film, which focuses on the choreography, entered YouTube’s Daily Top Music Videos chart at #70 on April 21, 2026, and rose to #40 on April 22, 2026. The main music video also stayed on the chart for a third day at #43.

Finally, CORTIS will release their second EP, “GREENGREEN,” on May 4, 2026, followed by a release party at S-Factory in Seongsu, eastern Seoul. The event will also have the 5 members performing the new tracks on the mini-album, including four brand-new songs: “TNT,” “ACAI,” “Wassup,” and “Blue Lips.”
