CORTIS just took over the stage with an explosive set at Lollapalooza Chicago on August 1, 2026. The five-member boy group performed on the T-Mobile Stage at Grant Park, one of the festival’s main stages. Despite muddy conditions caused by poor weather, an estimated 50,000 festival-goers gathered for their set and began chanting the group’s name before their performance officially started.

Martin, James, Juhoon, Seonghyeon, and Keonho opened the 40-minute performance with “GO!” and “What You Want.” The rookie act performed 11 songs, including recent hits like “REDRED,” “ACAI,” and “YOUNGCREATORCREW.” The group combined live vocals, synchronized choreography, headbanging, and constant interaction with the audience. During a remix of “TNT,” the members entered the crowd, bringing the performance closer to fans and increasing the excitement across the festival grounds.

One of the biggest moments of their set came when rapper Juicy J appeared as a surprise guest. He joined CORTIS for the first live performance of their newly released collaboration, “MOTION.” The group called the rapper their “big brother” and expressed their respect for his career. For fans at home, the concert was also streamed through Weverse, Disney Plus, Hulu, and other platforms. Meanwhile, CORTIS will soon begin their 2026 Put Your Phones Down Tour in North America. The quintet will first visit Toronto on August 4, followed by six additional cities. The group will later hold anniversary fan meetings at Korea University’s Hwajeong Gymnasium in Seoul from August 22 through August 23.
