Singer and actor Cha Eunwoo has fans buzzing again after the announcement of his upcoming second solo mini-album, “ELSE.” The EP, recorded before his military enlistment, is being described as a heartfelt gift to fans who have been missing him during his service. On October 24th, his agency shared the news across official channels and released a short “Coming Soon” teaser that immediately had fans pressing play (and replay).
The short clip shows Cha Eunwoo in a completely different light. With dramatic cinematography, subtle gestures, and haunting expressions, the ASTRO member is giving fans mystery and emotion. At one point, he covers his face with his hands (revealing a rugged look with a leather jacket and makeup resembling wounds), adding a new dramatic edge to his image.
Cha Eunwoo has been serving in the Army Band since his enlistment in July, making “ELSE” the perfect gift for fans as they wait for his return. It also marks his first EP since “ENTITY” in 2023. In addition, the idol also made moves in acting, with his film The First Ride premiering on October 29 and a Netflix series titled The Wonder Fools on the way.
