Ahead of BTS‘ comeback this month, the boy group recently launched a merch line for their new era, ‘ARIRANG,’ for all fans to get into the aesthetic of their upcoming album.
On March 9th, the agency announced through Weverse the release of merchandise for the boy group’s 5th album and a pop-up store with a long list of interesting and varied products that ranged from clothes to accessories that are inspired by Korean culture.
BTS will open special pop-up stores to celebrate the release of ‘ARIRANG,’ opening at 1 p.m. on March 20th and remaining open until April 12th at The Heritage, the Shinsegae Department Store flagship store, and HYBE’s Seoul headquarters.
At this event, the K-Pop band will showcase products in collaboration with the National Museum of Korea Foundation’s Mu:ds brand, which reinterpret traditional Korean aesthetics with a modern twist in line with the album’s theme to promote Korean culture globally.
This collection includes items such as hair clips, barrettes, shoulder bags, layered skirts, cardholders, chopsticks, tables, and more, alluding to Korean history and the album’s theme. It also features official merchandise, including hoodies, baseball caps, and T-shirts.
