Since BTS’ Jungkook debuted as a solo artist, the charts were never the same. Jungkook released his first single, “Seven,” on July 14, 2023, and it is still making waves in 2025 on different charts, including Billboard’s Global 200.
According to Billboard, The Golden Maknae’s “Seven” has ranked 132nd on the Global 200 chart, continuing its iconic and remarkable streak with 115 consecutive weeks on the chart since its debut. This time, the idol has once again broken its own record.
“Seven” became the first and longest-running song by an Asian artist on the chart. This is not the first time the idol has achieved amazing records, as he also achieved nine consecutive weeks at No. 1 after release, seven consecutive weeks at No. 1 on the Global 200, and seven consecutive weeks simultaneously topping both charts.
The latest records just prove the lasting love from ARMY worldwide. Although the song was released 2 years ago, the fans cannot get enough of the Golden Maknae, and they are patiently waiting for their sophomore album.
