During BTS’ special appearance at the 2016 AMAs, Jungkook went viral for his hilarious reaction to losing his ring while waving to fans, having one of the best interactions of the night.
On May 25th, the boys attend the prestigious award ceremony and sweep all their categories, taking home three wins for ‘Song of the Summer,’ ‘Artist of the Year,’ and ‘Best Male K-Pop Act,’ but also have incredible interactions with other artists and fans.
Jungkook was the protagonist of one of the funniest moments when the boys were announced as the winners for ‘Song of the Summer.’ They happily walked to the stage, high-fiving fans along the way, when the maknae noticed something missing in her hand.

When the singer got up on the stage, he looked at his hand and looked back at the fans in shock. He had to continue hugging GloRilla, but while getting to his place to receive the award, he told J-Hope about his lost ring and pointed out the fans who seemed to respond to him.
The BTS member makes a ring sign to the fans and then seemingly says that it was okay; they made their speech, and when they finish, the idol walks down the stage to receive his ring from one of the fans who was supported by the rest of the crowd.
